For the first-timers in South America, this is a country of incredible space, vastness and nature. Depending of where you go, it has a look and feel that could remind you of the lakes in Switzerland, pueblos than can look somehow similar of some scandinavian villages, dunes that might take your memory to Mongolia or the Sahara. For those who like to be in nature, who like adventure and also sport, for those who like wildlife of remote places, for those who are great foodies and wine lovers, Chile is the place for you. Whether you travel solo, with your family or friends, there is so much to do and choose from.

You can travel by plane or car, depending of the regions you are choosing to visit. As the country is big we generally have clients moving between region on flights: they save time and can see more.
Lakes, deserts, salted water pools, mountains, isolated islands, beaches, glaciers, cities. The contrast on the outdoors is big and rich. Go swim in the ocean or in lakes, hike or bike for a full day. There is so much to choose from.
Ideally 10 days so you can explore at least 3 different regions and also the capital.
Skiing. Wine Tasting. Horseback riding for days, kayaking or boating in lakes, biking for hours. Then rest by enjoying sophisticated gastronomy experiences, or the magnificent hotels spas. Then hike up mountains, track pumas on foot, explore Pablo Neruda’s world in Santiago. There are so many things to do.
July and August are the cooler months but ideal if you would like to ski, for example! Note that these are months where it snows in Patagonia, for example. Summer can we windy in the south too but obviously less cold.
