This is not your typical safari destination. READ MORE BELOW.
The place where everyone heads to do a proper safari, as far as Namibia is concerned. Yet we like to be open with our clients and allocate their expectations. This is nota geography or scenery that offers you green pastures and lots of trees. This is a white rocky soil, painted here and there with thorny bushes and trees. A place that looks pale in color and dry in texture. A very different imagery for you to imagine your elephant or your lion. Yet you will see them here, and thriving. Elephants are big, desert-adapted antelopes are seen, cats too. This is not a place for hippos of course so you will not see them. However this is a place for the elusive and very endangered black rhino that you can track on foot (which is incredible!) and the occasional leopard too.
Probably the african ecosystem that falls further away from anyone’s ideal safari picture, yet the most surprising, the most different and one we love.
